8. Vitim Typist: Use case 1 University gets three licenses for library computers of Vitim Typist software. Two folders on the University server accessible for anybody working on this computer: Audio materials folder and Transcribed materials folder. Any student may work for free transcribing his/her own materials, but every hour working with own materials could be paid by 30 minutes of work with university materials.

Vitim Typist: Use case 2, Converting services Do you want to test or try our software? • Vitim Oy has own Typist laboratory – bring or send your audio files and get them transcribed just for 25 Euros / hour of AUDIO file. • Audio files are sent separately to the company for processing. 10. Seminar Organizing Facilities Vitim Seminar – services for organizing seminars for any party who is interested in arranging seminars for their employees, customers or partners. Seminars on the customer’s topic, but totally equipped by our software solutions and hardware utilization. Vitim Seminar includes: broadcast of webinars, transcription of audio files into written documents (reports, protocols), all necessary equipment (camera, microphone, etc.), promotion services, special cultural program (informal get-together), publications of reports & materials, conference room facilities, and in addition any other services upon requests.

Vitim Seminar Customer provides us with the following information: • Topic, date, city chosen • How many people are expected? • How many are from the customer’s side, do they need a hotel reservation (or also it is also needed to be paid automatically)? • How many people should Vitim invite? • Are other speakers needed? What are the special conditions for the speakers (hotel paid, article publication etc.)? • Which software and equipment is needed (cameras, recorders, etc.)? • Is cultural program needed? • Is follow-up and article needed? Vitim organizes the seminar fulfilling all the customer’s demands.
