FOULS • Require several conditions: • Ball must be in play • Committed by player • Directed against an opponent (one exception) • Must occur on the field of play Unit 3, Fouls, V-2 USSF, Recreational Youth Referee Course
DIRECT FREE KICK FOULS A player who commits any of the following offenses in a manner considered by the referee to be careless, reckless or using excessive force: Unit 3, Fouls, V-3 USSF, Recreational Youth Referee Course
