Peer review rules 40% Data project / or market report: 30% your actual submitted project 10% your assessment to other students. If you leave any identification in the softcopy on turnitin then you will not receive the 10%!!
Peer review rules: Side Panel Organisation (10%) • Rate this paper's overall readability (From very readable to unreadable) • Were the basic sections (Introduction, Conclusion, Literature Cited, etc.) adequate? If not, what is missing? • Does each paragraph of this paper logically progress from the former ones? Why or why not? • Could the writer of this paper have omitted certain passages to make this paper more concise? If yes, which ones? Referencing (20%) • Did the writer cite sources adequately and appropriately? Note any incorrect formatting. • Were all the citations in the text listed in the Literature Cited section? Note any discrepancies.
Peer review rules: Side Panel Grammar/Style (20%) • Were there any grammatical or spelling problems? • Could the readability, clarity, or style of this paper be improved? How? • Does this paper sustain a coherent point of view? Why or why not? Content (50%) • Did the data used make sense to you? Was it well explained? Did it contribute to the argument the writer was making? • Do you feel this paper relies on evidence, or on opinion or intuition? If the latter, cite examples of where this paper relies on opinion and intuition and give suggestions as to how the writer can write more objectively. • Does the logic of this paper's argument ever fall flat? Where? What might be done to correct this? • Additional remarks - Organisation, Referencing, Style, & Content • Recommended grade? A1/A2/B1/B2/B3/C1/C2/C3/D1/D2/F

Turnitin – Create an account • How to create an account; • click Create Accounton the Turnitin homepage.
Turnitin – Create an account • Under Create a New Account, click Student • Introduce the class id and enrollment password, which are: • Class ID3824938 • Enrollment passwordEC6012
Turnitin – Create an account • Now introduce your complete student email address; IDnumber@studentmail.ul.ie • Password 6-12 characters (at least 1 letter & 1 number) N.B. write down password
Turnitin – Create an account • Secret question • Name and surname and confirm you are over 13 years of age • Click “I agree…”
Turnitin – Submitting an assignment • Log in using email address & password • Click on name of the class • Assignment 1 'Country Project' • Click on the submit icon next to the assignment paper • Select file upload • Browse and attach your report • Enter name & title for submission (Country Project) • Click Submit • Go to portfolio
Turnitin - PeerMark • Log in using email address & password • Click on name of the class • Assignment 1 'Country Project' • Click on the “show details” icon on the PeerMark row • Click on “start review” icon below the PeerMark row • PeerMark will open
