  2. Evaluering Reaksjonar: I kva grad er de fornøgd med samlingane? Læring: Kva kunnskap/kompetanse har de tileigna dykk som følgje av samlingane? Nytteverdi: I kva grad har de hatt nytte av tileigna kunnskap/kompetane i arbeidet som leiar/administrator på di avdeling? Organisatorisk nytte: I kva grad grad har tiltaket gjett ei samla organisatorisk nytte i forhold til HSF sine overordna mål?

Vegen vidare Ny organisering med 8 instituttleiarar, 4 dekanar og 2 viserektorar + administrative leiarar • Programansvarlege, emneansvarlege ved dei ulike institutta – ulike organisering? • Kva felles leiaroppfølging er det behov for? • Fellessamlingar: for kven? • Innhald? • Tidspunkt/rytme?
