Ⅰ.CCV為成對生長的血管,環繞於卵黃的四周,並和心臟連接,藉 由TCDD活化AHR signaling,造成common cardinal vein (CCV) 的發育發生了改變。 Ⅱ.TCDD在卵受精44小時的時候,很明顯的抑制了胚胎CCV的生長, 而在受精62小時後,相對與正常生長的胚胎,CCV的生長約減少 了百分之六十三。 Ⅲ.而在卵受精80小時之後,其反而抑制了CCV的regression,而造 成“string-like”的心臟。因而可了解TCDD的毒性對育胚胎發 育過程中,心血管生成所造成的影響。
The zfahr2 morpholino had no effect on CCV regression in the absence of TCDD, but did protect against the TCDD-induced block of CCV regression. This demonstrates that the TCDD-induced block in CCV regression is AHR2 dependent.

TCDD為一種環境賀爾蒙,TCDD和AHR結合之後,和其它transcription factor結合,開啟其下游基因的表現,但根據研究指出,TCDD並非只開啟單一的基因調控機制,故尋找和AHR結構相似的蛋白質,進而瞭解此一蛋白質和TCDD的親和性以及其與TCDD產生交互作用後,開啟或抑制其下游基因的表現,進而了解此一蛋白質在胚胎發育的過程中所扮演的角色。 (1GYE)
