CORPORATE PRESENTATION 2010 Check valves • Check valves are valves with automatic action, they work without external controls and depends for their working on the sense of the flow or the pressures in the pipe system. • Its main function is to allow the fluid pass through only in one sense of the installation, allowing to work without fluid in the opposite sense or to avoid emptying situations in the line. • Three different types: closing by spring, by ball (both can transform to foot valve) or wafer check valve • Threaded or solvent cement unions (flanged for the wafer check valves) • Sizes form D16 to D110 (3/8” – 4”) and working pressures at 20ºC (75ºF) from PN16 to PN10 (240 psi to 150 psi) Check Valves PVC-U & PVC-C • Features and benefits: • Horizontal or vertical installation • Easy installation (true union valves) • Made in two possible materials (PVC-U and PVC-C) and stainless steel (parts which aren’t in plastic) • Slow closing • Threaded seal carrier to allow the maintenance without breaking the system • Minimum space required in the installation • 100% tested in factory after the assembly

CORPORATE PRESENTATION 2010 Butterfly valves • Butterfly valves are composed of a body and a disc within, which turns 90º on its own shaft, shutting down the flow according to the disc’s position (longitudinally positioned or crossed to flow). • The valve is operated by a handle, provided with a lock to fix it 0º, 90º or intermediate positions. • They are installed to piping by flange adaptors and flanges, not taking too much space and can be open under pressure quite easily. • Sizes form D63 to D315 (2” – 12”) and working pressures at 20ºC (75ºF) PN10 (150 psi) • Available with handle, gear box, electrically or pneumatically actuated • Features and benefits: • Installation by flanges • Only plastic parts are in contact with the fluid • Possibilities of different materials in the disc to adapt to different needs (PVC-U, PVC-C, PP-H, PVDF, ABS) • Light weight and easy to install • Long ergonomic handle and antifriction disc gasket to obtain a low torque • Full “all around” disc gasket • Handle with lock and throttle pad Butterfly Valves PVC-U Butterfly Valves PVC-U / PVC-C / PP-H / PVDF / ABS
