  4. To view reports click on the gray date and time box

  5. Note history • Notes Viewable in Clinical Review • NUR notes • ED notes • OR notes

  6. To view all notes and assessments documented on a certain day Click ‘Assessments and Notes’, then the day to be viewed. All documentation will be in blue.

  7. To find specific intervention or Assessment: Click the Assessment to alphabetize the list PT, OT, and ST evals, care plans, and daily notes are found under Assessments.

  8. To find other visits, click other visits and time frame.

  9. Weh When in doubt, click around
