  5. Norms • Each group will list 5 most important norms for the cohort’s success • One reporter from each group • Share our results • Top 10 Things

  6. Facilitator/Candidate Agreement • Read it carefully • Initial Candidate side and sign the bottom • Your Facilitator will initial, sign and collect them later • A copy will go to Teaching and Learning

  7. Calendar • Note Meeting dates and locations • Use this to plan your Candidacy Year (or not) • Homework is listed each month, feel free to work ahead. (just like your students)

  8. Cover Sheets • Must be attached either physically or electronically to every entry you submit to your facilitator • Helps you focus on the specifics of your entry • Helps your facilitator know what you’d like her/him to read for

  9. Permission Slips • Every portfolio contains a video portion • Every person who appears on the video needs to turn one in • Must be kept after you submit • Get it done now
