1.1 Slot Program IP-GW in cabinet.
2.6.1 Main - Extension Program the Extension Leading Digits of each PBX.
2.6.1 Main - Other PBX Extension Program the Leading Digits of the Other PBX Extensions. Do Not Include local Extensions!
9.1 TIE Table Priority 1-2 Program Leading Number to Trunk Group with IP-GW Trunks.
10.1 CO Line Settings Program IP-GW lines in any unused trunk group

Hunt Pattern 1.5.2 Controls Incoming Calls. Must match system dial plan.
