  8. Printers • Scenario: You send a document to your printer but it doesn’t print. What do you do?

  9. Do NOT send anymore documents to the printer.

  10. Do NOT re-install the printer unless you’ve uninstalled the printer first!

  20. Memory under 1GB comes in multiples of 128MB: 128MB ◊ 256MB ◊ 512MB Then multiples of 1 GB: 1 GB ◊ 2GB etc.
