Deadline • Students will need to enter their information for the past year, print a report and have it signed by their faculty advisor to submit to Deb Klein by August 15th. • Deb will mark students as trained in the grad school’s database. • Failure to turn in a signed report may result in the withholding of TA or RAships and/or a Dean’s hold which will lock students out of enrollment and related systems.
