Comparison of CT Data (IL, LIA, and IRMA) with PCT Results on Kryptor

CT levels in non-MTC patients, during pentagastrin testing in chronic kidney disease patients, and in patients with known MTC were analyzed using various sampling time points. Results showed CT levels below detection limit and significant variations.

Supplemental Table 2: Comparison of CT data (IL, LIA and IRMA) with PCT results (Kryptor): CT levels were below detection limit and 85.5 ng/L (LIA) in non MTC-patients (n=437); between detection limit and 107 ng/L (LIA) during pentagastrin (PG) testing in patients with chronic kidney disease (n=13); and between 18.2 and 10300 ng/L (LIA) in patients with known MTC (n=10).
