Celebrations Celebrations Erupted out all throughout the western world Winston Churchill waves to crowds in Whitehall on the day he broadcast to the nation that the war with Germany had been won. In America crowds all across America gather by the thousands to celebrate VE day . Harry Truman also dedicated the victory to his predecessor FDR

  4. The Effects 60 millions total deaths Europe is in Ruins The emergence of America And the Soviet Union as world superpowers The European Union was born
