Although very meticulous, he is a man who keeps his word and expects those around him to do the same. Of the qualities he values in people, loyalty is key. His generosity is also notable, as he has never shied away from giving employees bonuses, pay raises, donations, and hand-outs to the less fortunate.

In a 2011 Sunda Survey of viewers in the Terrebonne, Lafourche, St. Mary and Assumption areas, HTV Channel 10 was found to be the best television station in which a large number of viewers (60%) could pick up the phone and ask questions or express opinions.

Martin Folse Well Informed In a 2011 Sunda Survey of television stations, Martin Folse’s HTV Channel 10 was found to be the leading television station when it came to keeping local viewers most informed on the local news on a daily basis. HTV was mentioned twice as much as the next leading station and a clear recognition of Folse’s efforts to keep his station’s viewership well informed on current affairs. Folse and HTV also finished first in hurricane coverage.
