SOLASTIS CRM CONFIGURATION GUIDE WELCOME TO SOLASTIS CRM CONFIGURATION GUIDE Welcome to the Solastis CRM Configuration Guide. This guide will help you with the administrative tools available at your disposal. You will be able to get insights on how to use configure the system to put it to best possible use for your business needs. This guide explains all the tools under the ‘Administration’ menu and walks you through the details of these tools and their configuration. There is a separate document ‘User’s Guide’ for your users of Solastis CRM. We highly recommend that your users should read through this ‘User’s Guide’ before using Solastis CRM system. As you go through the configuration steps you will be delighted to see the simplicity of the system and the easy at which all the settings can be carried out. ADMINISTRATION MENU You can find Administration menu under your Profile picture on the right-hand top corner of your screen. This you can access only if you are authorized as an administrator. In case you don’t have the necessary authorization, then the menu option will not be visible.
