Volunteer Lead: Ken Pool & Sri Koka Use Case 1 - Sub-Workgroup Update Accomplishments • Finalized Implementation Guide template, edited written sections, and wrote new sections • Achieved informal consensus on the following Implementation Guide sections: Introduction, Scope, Audience, Assumptions, Approach, Standards Criteria, Evaluation of DNS Next Steps • Complete writing and editing Implementation Guide • Continue planning for Reference Implementation and Pilots

Volunteer Lead: Bob Dieterle & Karen Witting Use Case 2 - Sub-Workgroup Update Accomplishments • Completed “Electronic Service Information” object • Group reached informal consensus on all of the data elements in the object data set • Group reached informal consensus on all of the data elements in the query data set • Group reached informal consensus on all of the data elements in the response data set Next Steps • Collect comments and consensus votes on Use Case 2 Data Model

Volunteer Lead: Gail Kocher Use Case 2 - X12N 274 Workstream Accomplishments • Use Case 2 Workgroup and X12N 274 work stream leads reviewed ESI data object and discussed standard specific issues to mapping ESI under X12N 274 Next Steps • Complete “Electronic Service Information” mapping to X12N 274 • Final review of data model to X12N 274 standard mapping

Volunteer Lead: Bob Dieterle & Karen Witting Consensus Process Overview Consensus voting will be open from Friday, November 18 to Friday, December 2 Participant Responsibilities (11/18 to 12/2) • Review Use Case 2 Data Model Overview and Scope • Review Data Model and supporting materials on GoogleDocs • Locate name on Consensus Pageand edit Wiki to insert vote and/or comments Workgroup Responsibilities (11/18 to 12/16) • Review and discuss votes and comments • Respond to comments and update data model when appropriate • Achieve majority consensus prior to submitting Data Model to ONC
