PHONE NUMBERS • UNLV purchased 6,000 #’s approx 15 years ago • The prefix of 895 –we purchased and own 6,000 numbers 895-0000 through 895-5999 for campus – additionally we purchased 895-5999 through 895-9999 can only be used internally • We grew once again and needed more numbers • We purchased 10,000 numbers • New prefix 774 -0000 though 774-9999

  30. How to access your voice mailbox: Internal access # is 54900 (895-4900) • Press your directory number and message key, then # or message key and # and enter your password number (passwords should be 5 to 16 digits and press # again)

TEMPORARY GREETING (used when you will be away for a few days or more) • Log in to your mailbox • Dial 82 then 3 • (follow the prompt on the system) • Record your “away” greeting • End your recording with the # • Enter the time, date you want the recording to begin playing, then # • Enter the time, date you want the recording to stop playing, then #

OPTIONS IN CALL PILOT: • CALL PILOT FOR MERIDIAN PHONES: • Press 1 TO PLAY beginning of current message • Press 2 TO REPEAT play of current message • Press 3 TO SKIP FORWARD • Press 4 to play previous • Press 5 to record a message • Press 6 to play next message • Press 7 to get choices of message options • Press 8 lists mailbox options • Press 9 to call sender • Press * FOR HELP • Press # TO STOP PLAY mailbox

OPTIONS IN CALL PILOT: • Press 71 to reply to message • Press 73 to FORWARD message • Press 75 to COMPOSE a message • Press 76 to DELETE each message • Press 79 to SEND/delivers message in the mailbox, this must be done or they will not receive your message. • Press 83 to DISCONNECT from the voice mail system
