Preparation • Form Groups of 4-6 People • Each group should have • A pile of A4 Paper • A pair of scissors • Pens • A Score Sheet
Paper Airplanes • How good can you get at making paper airplanes? • Use just 1⁄4 of an A4 sheet • Each plane must have a blunt tip. Scissors will be provided to cut off the sharp tip. • Each airplane must fly 3 meters in the testing area – only 1 trial. • Only successfully tested planes count towards your goal • Planes may only be flown in the testing area. • Each team member may only do 1 “fold” of the paper at a time. You must then pass the airplane to another team member to do the next fold. • Work in progress must be discarded at the end of each Sprint
Plan (1minute) • Plan how you make paper airplanes. • Estimate how many can you make.
Work (1minute) • Time to Make Paper Airplanes. • Make sure it flies.
Inspect & Adapt (2 minutes) • How accurate was your estimate? • How can you improve?
Retrospective • Please discuss your findings in your group.
