bullying is the repetitive, intentional hurting of one person or group by another person or group, where the relationship involves an imbalance of power. Bullying can be physical, verbal or psychological. It can happen face to face or through cyberspace
Cyber-bullying is a new way to do old forms of bullying such as name-calling, racism, homophobia, sexism etc • Cyber-bullying is a new form of bullying.

Prevention – technical and the social: cross –curriculum education! • Reporting – Encouraging reporting, staff need confidence. • Resolution – To know the chain of harm is broken! • Education: The Internet is a life skill
