Economic Impact • What is the short-term and long-term impact on the community of infusing one time facility construction funding and recurring staffing funding and medicare, medicaid and private insurance funding!! • Are there sustainable jobs created, business opportunities, tax revenue, etc? • Detailed, rigorous business studies need to be developed. There are national models to use.
