Finance Committee (FC) In March: Discussion on the financial report of the IPPC Secretariat in 2014, and introduction of the practice to increase transparency and strengthen financial management of the IPPC Secretariat In June: Awareness of the weak financial position of the IPPC Multi-donor Trust Fund, and emphases on resource mobilization. • In October: Discussion on resource mobilization both for the IPPC Secretariat and IYPH 2020, and review of roles of the FC
1. Governance and Strategy:D. Standard Committee (SC) SC in May: Review of 5 draft standards with 3 approved for member consultation. The first SC-7 working group meeting: Review of member comments on the draft standard for the International movement of seed • The second SC-7 working group meeting: Review and proposed adjustments to the IPPC standard setting procedure
1. Governance and Strategy:E. Capacity Develop. Com. (CDC) The 6th meeting of CDC: Revision of the IPPC Secretariat CD work plan, review of the management of current projects , and consideration of suggestions and requests by the CPM Bureau and the CPM The CDC review: Support to the continuation of the CDC, its business model and its role in implementation, and recommendation to elevate it to a body that covers implementation and possibly other areas

Subsidiary Body on DS (SBDS) In March: Discussion on the dispute avoidance and settlement activities of the SBDS and the IPPC Secretariat, and continuation of work on a number of advocacy documents and other information products In September: Discussion on the status and progress in the IPPC Dispute Avoidance and Settlement System (DASS), and focus on the improvement of the IPPC DASS towards 2020 and its contribution to IYPH 2020
