Dual Zone Heat Pump • QSHD 181 and 241 • 2 x 9,000 Btu/h and 2 x 12,000 Btu/h systems • SINGLE Inverter drive compressor provides refrigerant flow for both Indoor units • Up to 15.6 SEER and 8.1 HSPF • Units can operate independently but one unit cannot be in Heating when the other is in cooling
Dual Zone Heat Pump • 50ft max line set including a vertical separation of 20ft to each Indoor unit • R410A refrigerant • Cooling operation down to 32 DegF ambient • Heating operation down to 5 DegF • Inverter Drive compressor controls capacity based on Indoor unit operation, set points, ambient temperature and Indoor coil temperatures
Dual Zone - Outdoor • Electronic Expansion Valves control refrigerant flow to each Indoor unit providing precise control across all conditions • Inverter Drive compressor is covered in a blanket to reduce noise levels • System uses demand defrost, with both units having to defrost at the same time even if one does not need it
Dual Zone Outdoor 24k • 24k system uses a manifold style connection with a single set of service valves, the 18k unit has dual service valves 18k 24k
Dual Zone • SINGLE wire low voltage communication signal between Indoor units and Outdoor units Separation required to the high voltage power wiring • Multiple fault codes displayed on the Indoor units

Quietside Unit Warranty • 5 Years Compressor • 1 Year all other parts, including refrigeration system parts • 90 Days limited labor from date of start up • All warranties commence on date of installation • Warranty parts are shipped ground on receipt of a completed warranty claim form
