Document Management System (DMS) DMS • ฟังก์ชั่นหลักของซอฟท์แวร์ประเภทนี้ คือ การบริหารจัดการเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และติดตามการส่งต่อเอกสารไปยังแผนกต่างๆ (Document Flow) • ผู้ใช้สามารถสร้างที่เก็บเอกสารที่ปลอดภัยโดยมีการควบคุมสิทธิ์ในการดึงเอกสารไปอ่านหรือแก้ไข ติดตามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเอกสาร รวมทั้งสามารถสืบค้นและดึงเอกสารออกมาใช้งานได้ง่าย • DMS สามารถใช้ร่วมกับซอฟท์แวร์ E-meeting เพื่อลดปริมาณกระดาษที่ต้องใช้ในการประชุมลงได้อีกด้วย • ซอฟท์แวร์ DMS บางตัวยังสามารถบริหารจัดการเวอร์ชั่นของเอกสาร และดูแลการแก้ไขเอกสารจากบุคคลหลายแผนก ณ เวลาต่างๆได้ • ตัวอย่างของระบบ DMS ที่ใช้ในองค์กรทั่วไปได้แก่ doQment4, INFOMA, File Hold เป็นต้น 07:ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับองค์กร(Software for Enterprise)

Document Management System (DMS) DMS ตัวอย่างซอฟต์แวร์ : INFOMA • ระบบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Document Management) • จัดเก็บเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ทุกรูปแบบในแฟ้มที่สามารถจัดหมวดหมู่ได้ • เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการใช้เอกสารร่วมกัน สามารถเข้าใช้เอกสารเดียวกันได้พร้อมกันหลายคน • ค้นหาเอกสารได้หลายทาง เมื่อเทียบระบบ manual ที่ต้องจัดเรียงเอกสารตามลักษณะใดลักษณะหนึ่ง เช่น ชื่อประชุม ครั้งที่ประชุม • เข้าถึงเอกสารได้ง่าย ด้วย web browser และสามารถ export หรือส่งเป็น e-mail ได้ • เป็นแหล่งสำรองข้อมูลสำหรับเอกสารต้นฉบับ • มีระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ด้วยการควบคุมการเข้าระบบ การให้สิทธิ์เข้าถึงเอกสาร • มีระบบควบคุม ดูแลการเข้าใช้ระบบ เพื่อตรวจสอบการสร้าง แก้ไข หรือลบเอกสาร 07:ซอฟต์แวร์สำหรับองค์กร(Software for Enterprise)

  23. “ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีผลกระทบต่อสังคมเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะประเด็นจริยธรรมที่เกี่ยวกับระบบสารสนเทศที่จำเป็นต้องพิจารณา รวมทั้งเรื่องความปลอดภัยของระบบสารสนเทศการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หากไม่มีกรอบจริยธรรมกำกับไว้แล้ว สังคมย่อมจะเกิดปัญหาต่าง ๆ ตามมาไม่สิ้นสุด รวมทั้งปัญหาอาชญากรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วย ดังนั้นหน่วยงานที่ใช้ระบบสารสนเทศจึงจำเป็นต้องสร้างระบบความปลอดภัยเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาดังกล่าว Ethics ” 07: ประเด็นด้านจริยธรรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร และพระราชบัญญัติว่าด้วยการกระทำผิดเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์

Introduction to Ethics & Laws ข้อควรคิดระหว่างจริยธรรมและกฎหมาย • จริยธรรม (Ethics)เป็นประเด็นเกี่ยวกับการกระทำที่พึงปฏิบัติ ซึ่งอาจเป็นขนบธรรมเนียมประเพณีที่ยึดถือปฏิบัติกันในสังคมใดสังคมหนึ่ง หรือเป็นการกระทำที่รับรู้กันโดยมารยาทและการยอมรับของสังคมนั้นๆ โดยมักไม่มีเครื่องมือกำหนดความผิดและบทลงโทษอย่างเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร • กฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับ (Laws or Regulations)เป็นสิ่งที่ผู้มีอำนาจปกครองบ้านเมืองที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากผู้คนจำนวนมากบัญญัติขึ้นมาภายใต้การกลั่นกรองจากผู้แทนประชาชนอย่างเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร เพื่อให้สังคมเป็นระเบียบ และมีกฎเกณฑ์ที่สามารถลงโทษเอาผิดแก่ผู้ละเมิดภายใต้กรอบบัญญัติของประเทศใดประเทศหนึ่งหรือภายใต้บทบัญญัติระหว่างประเทศก็ได้
