  1. An Innovation for Tree Management

  2. What does ArborSite manage? The ArborSite tree software system helps property owners better manage their treescape in the areas of: • Hazard and risk - “duty of care”. • Forward budget visibility. • Ongoing health. • Life expectancy. • Works action requirements. • Landscape value and significance. • History of all actions and expenditure. • Future planning - site master plans. • Treescape mapping. • Environmental reporting. Unlike the built environment, trees are dynamic living assets. ArborSite helps you best manage their everchanging conditions, hazards and health needs - all with forward budget visibility.

  13. Adding a tree to be assessed in your ArborSite. • If “Auto Assessment” is selected as “On” in the settings panel the tree assessment pop-up will appear after selecting Yes. • The GPS co-ordinates of the tree are automatically stored from the live GIS data in the ArborSite image and obtained from the tree’s cross hatch position. • You can then complete the tree assessment by filling in the fields.

  22. ArborSite is simple and cheap - yet highly secure • Despite its simplicity ArborSite offers high levels of security for your tree data. • ArborSite is unique in that it is software on your PC that uses the WEB as a method of delivering live tree data to your user group. • Data resides locally on your machine but synchronisation or logout publishes your revisions to other users who are given access passwords to your site. • All tree sites are separate data bases and have unique security profiles all managed by your arborist or tree services supplier who administers your ArborSite. • Data in transit via the WEB “pipe” is encrypted but also meaningless without your local PC software and access codes if hacked.

  23. How do you get ArborSite for your property? • Simply talk to your tree service provider or arborist to find out how easy and cheap ArborSite is to implement. • ArborSite works on any PC or device running Windows XP service pack 2 or later. • Your arborist or tree service provider will quote the assessment of your trees and your access to ArborSite. • Beyond year one - annual hosting fees to ArborSafe will be required for on-going continuation of this interactive service if desired.

  24. Thank you for your time and we look forward to assisting you with our system for improved tree management.
