  1. How to start preparing for IIT JEE at Home? By: Shamsher Sir

  2. Go for NCERT books first: Buy all the required materials first to begin your IIT -JEE journey. Do not undermine the NCERT books. They are the priority, as it builds the base for your concepts and theories. Choose the best reference books only: After you have completed the basics through NCERT books, you need to move on to some advanced topics for the exam. Some of the important reference books for physics are by H.C Verma.

  3. Create a schedule for yourself and follow it strictly: The time just before your exams is the most important time for you to clear your concepts, doubts and polish up. Use this time wisely by making a schedule for yourself and stick to it. Managing your time efficiently is important: It does not matter how well you are prepared or how well you have practiced, if you do not put in the effort and keep a track of all your chapters studied and revisions are done, you will never be able to complete the syllabus on time.

  4. Avoid all the distractions at home: Staying all day at home could be frustrating and boring for you. Take some time off to do something that you like, to pursue your hobby, or play any indoor or outdoor games. Revise thoroughly: The more you revise your concepts the more you become clearer with the concepts. It will ultimately improve your problem-solving skills as well as accuracy. Do not spend too long revising the chapters.
