Self-Directed Learners • Self-Directed learners: • Self-manage their time, i.e. completes work without being told, takes initiative, sets goals, meets timelines of expected work • Self-monitor their performance, i.e. they constantly monitor their progress, use problem solving strategies, and seeks help when needed • Self-evaluate their work throughout the entire process / assignment
