Introduction Mahavir Institute of E.T.T/J.B.T/S.T.C managed by Jai Dev Educational & welfare Trust registered in the court of Law which is recognized by J&K Board & Govt. is at Chadwal gateway of Jammu & Kashmir. To achieve the target of Universalization of Education. It is the duty of every Indian to contribute something to spread the education to every where & every time. The formation of Mahavir Institute of ETT, Chadwal kathua(J&K) is help in this direction with the objective to prepare teacher for primary & elementary teacher. Mahavir Institute of ETT, Chadwal kathua(J&K) , is having spacious building provided with well Qualified & experienced staff, well equipped laboratory & staff. There are separate Hostel facilities for boys & girls. Diploma in nursery/elementary Teacher Training course is of two year duration. Any student irrespective of Cast. Creed Color who passed 10+2 from recognized Board / university or its equipments qualification can seek admission in this course. I heartingly welcome all the students who are eligible for Diploma course & wish them happy a bright future. I once again wish all of you, a prosperous healthy bright future.

ELIGIBILITY In general category candidate who have passed 10+2 exam, from any recognized Board/University with 45% marks can apply for admission, SC/ST, other backward categories Line of actual control, women and physically handicapped students need 40% marks in 10+2 exam, or its equivalent exam. There shall be reservation of seats for SC/ST/OBC/LOC/ physically Handicapped and women etc. as per the rules of J&K Govt.. IMPORTANT NOTES the diploma in Nursery/ elementary Teacher Training Course is a whole time course and has the duration of two academic years. A person , so long has she/he is student of NTT/ETT/JBT/STC course shall not be eligible to attend any other course as per the instruction of Board/University.

  4. Medium of Instruction and Examination Hindi/Urdu/English shall be the medium of instruction and examination in all the papers except languages where the medium of the instructions and examination shall be the language concerned. A candidate who have passed 10+2 examination from any examination from any board/university or its equivalent examination , and is willing to seek admission to the course shall submit their application duly filled in and accompany by duly attested photocopies of the certificates /documents. FEESTRUCTURE: Admission-cum-Tuition fee per years is prescribed by the Board(Draft should be in the name of JKBOSE payable at Jammu) i.e Examination fee, Registration fee, eligibility fee & development fee etc. Campus of the college is located on Delhi-Jammu Highway(NH 1A) just 10 kms from Punjab border.s
