Agenda • Roundtable re: Salt Lake Presentations: Any gems? • Roundtable: Update from the field regarding SAR reporting - how do you report out to senior leadership? • BC Working Group – Update • Q:Exchange– DEMO: This is the online sharing community (Sean) • Surgical Quality Action Network: Abstracts and attendees! (Marlies) • Update on Economic Analysis (Marlies) • Review of SAR documents: Tailored for sites with first SAR 

  3. Salt Lake City • Where there any presentations that stuck out? • Any presenters that you would like to hear more from? • Any topics that were especially valid or interesting to your work?

  4. SAR Reporting • Can you share with the field how you report out your SAR to others in your facility?

  5. Q:Exchange • This is the new online forum for SQAN • The SCRs are the first group to see it and will have exclusive access to trial the forum for the first month • We have transferred the content over from the Sharepoint site • You will be able to post your own content and discussions for the group • Sean will be giving us a demo….

  6. Q:Exchange • We can use this to ask each other questions, collect and share resources and present our successes • Your discussion topics and comments will be seen by all unless you send a private message • We will monitor the discussions to see what topics have a lot of interest/debate…we can use that information to guide future speakers or seek final clarification from NSQIP • “In some cases, groups are remarkably intelligent and are often smarter than the smartest people in them.”
