This is because a progress test is not a required assessment test by the state.
ENTERING A PRE-TEST CONT… Each module has its own test date. This will accommodate modules that are assessed on different dates. Click Submit.
ENTERING A PRE-TEST CONT… To add additional modules at a later date, click on the Test Name link from the Assessment History screen Enter in the additional module test information Click Update *Note: The anchor module will be highlighted in green

If the participant attends enough hours to post-test again at the end of the year, just update the existing post-test with the newest post-test information. No need to delete and re-enter since the test dates can now be updated!
Post-Test Entry Changes When entering the post-test scores, a view only table referencing the pre-test will display.
COPY AN ASSESSMENT • Assessments can now be copied into the next program year! • Copying an assessment can only be done on registrations that continue across program years • One or more modules from the previous program year’s assessment must be dated 120 days or less from July 1st of the new program year* • Only the modules that meet the 120 day rule will be copied over into the new program year • If both the previous year’s pre and post-tests qualify for the 120 day rule, only the most recent test will display the copy button *Note: 120 days prior to July 1st is March 3rd. If all of the modules of a test have dates prior to March 3, the copy button will not display.
COPY AN ASSESSMENT CONT… • Pre-tests can be copied or entered beginning July 1st of the program year. Click on the Copy button to copy the assessment as the new year’s pre-test. • Click Submit to save the copied pre-test. *Note: Any module that didn’t meet the 120 business day rule will not be copied over. However, if the participant is tested in that module at a later date, the scores for that module can be added at any time.
TABE 11/12 CHANGES • The Test Name will display as ‘TABE’ in the dropdown versus separate TABE 11 and TABE 12 test names • The Form dropdown will display a selection of 11 or 12 • The Form No. dropdown has removed the ‘Form’ verbiage to allow keyboard friendly entry
NEW LOOK • The Assessment History screen now has a cleaner look with a dividing line between each program year.
