FIRST Make sure you are properly prepared Do your homework Know the venue and the audience Notes not memorised or read font Technical equipment Variety? Practice (practice, practice, practice) out loud Explain to a friend! Time yourself
SECOND • Fake it!
SECOND Fake it! Have attitude! Be enthusiastic – have an opinion! This will help you Outward focus! Speak clearly and slowly Stand up straight Eye contact – friendly faces Dress as though you take yourself seriously
