  4. LEARN TO MANAGE IT! Now tell me more abut your fear of speaking in front of an audience!

  6. FIRST • Make sure you are properly prepared

  7. FIRST 9 P’s Proper prior preparation Prevents poor performance of the Person putting on the presentation

  8. FIRST Make sure you are properly prepared Do your homework Know the venue and the audience Notes not memorised or read font Technical equipment Variety? Practice (practice, practice, practice) out loud Explain to a friend! Time yourself

  9. SECOND • Fake it!

  10. SECOND Fake it! Have attitude! Be enthusiastic – have an opinion! This will help you Outward focus! Speak clearly and slowly Stand up straight Eye contact – friendly faces Dress as though you take yourself seriously

  12. THIRD Relax Wellness! Breathing Your hands? Visualise success Everybody is nervous but it seldom shows Mind reading facial expressions Just do it (more and more)
