  3. REMAINING PROJECTS *19 of 71 is from KBP 2005-2007

  4. REMAINING PROJECTS *19 of 71 is from KBP 2005-2007 For Luzon, the only concern of NADESCOM is at 54EBde considering the number of FMR projects located in Kalinga, Apayao, Cagayan areas.

  5. REMAINING PROJECTS For Mindanao, NADESCOM has no major concern. However, if security situation will change, it will definitely affect our targets.

  6. REMAINING PROJECTS For the Visayas, NADESCOM’s concern is the number of projects allocated in the area given the time frame, geographical locations, and other factors such as weather and security situations.

  7. Our action plans… • FACILITATE support interventions to 53EBde and 54EBde in that priority • Mobilize engineer personnel from other AFP units • ENSURE that documentary requirements will not anymore become an issue by 4Qtr, 2009 • CONTINUE our monthly meeting, conference • FOLLOW the NADESCOM Monitoring Plan from Sept to Dec 2009
