  3. DLI Data Available (2001-2007) • Quarterly Wages • Employer • Industry of Employer • County of Employer (usually)

  4. Examples of Questions the Data Could Answer • What Percentage of STEM teaching graduates are employed in Education in Montana? • What counties are new graduates working in? • How much are graduates paid and does this vary by county? • How many non-teaching STEM majors end up working in education? • Are women or minorities under-represented in STEM teaching?

  5. What I need from you to make it happen • Clear direction on the questions you want answered • Appropriate Banner codes for your graduates • A little time
