  2. What is clothing? • Defines who you are by the way you dress • Materials that cover the human body • Pieces of material

  4. Why is clothing apart of teen culture ? • To show each individual’s sense of style or taste • Fashion trends • Competition (showing off) • Interesting

  5. Example of clothing . . . • Jeans • T-shirts • Skirts • Sweat pants • Track suites • Cardigans • Shoes • Plaid shirts • Sweaters • Dresses • Rompers (jump suites) • Etc…

  6. Why is clothing destructive ? • Distracting • Judged • Can be placed where people will accept them but may not like it • Too into it; waste money on unnecessary items

  7. How is clothing constructive ? • Helps you define who you are • Something you and your friends can talk about • Helps protect you from the weather (rain, snow, sun rays etc) • Activates creative mind
