Day 3: Rome: Visit the Colosseum; Visit the Roman Forum; Take a guided walking tour of Rome. (Possibly St. John Lateran Cathedral & Michelangelo’s “Moses” statue.) Day 4: Rome: Take a guided tour of Vatican City; Visit the Sistine Chapel; Visit St. Peter’s Basilica; Take a guided tour of Rome. 6
Where are we going? Day 5: Assisi • Florence: Travel to Assisi; Visit the Basilica of St. Francis; Continue on to Florence. Day 6: Florence: See “David” Statue Academy of Fine Arts Gallery, visit San Marco Monastery and Uffizi Gallery. Day 7: Florence * Venice: Take a guided tour of Florence: – Piazza della Signoria; Ponte Vecchio; Chiesa di Santa Croc– Gates of Paradise; Visit the Duomo; See a leather-making demonstration; Travel to Venice
