Israel’s Strength From Reading • Deut 17:14-20, Kings should read. • Ex: Josiah—2 Kings 22-23 • Deut 31:9-13, Regular public reading. • Deut 6:1-9, Read to children. • Defeat of Jericho and Ai, Josh 8:30-35 • Israel and Judah captives—not reading enough. • Remnant revived with reading, Neh 8:1-13, 18
