  2. 配置ASMS 报告系统目的 • 配置ASMS 报告系统目的 ＡＳＭＳ　系统由一系列的Notes数据库组成， 工程师可以在ASMA系统上查看报告和生成报告. 查看ASMS报告和生成报告之前就要配置ASMS报告系统。 即新电脑完成ASMS系统初始化后就要配置ASMS报告系统，另外当ASMS报告系统出现错误或者ASMS报告系统有更新时，要重新配置ASMS报告系统.

  3. 配置ASMS 报告系统步骤 配置ASMS报告系统步骤 • 关闭Lotus Notes以外的程序 • 打开SGI01服务器上的ASMS configuration 2005数据库，（SGI01\Marine\ASMS\CONFIG\ASMSconfig2000.nsf）, 并制作一份新的复制。（如果已完成ASMS初始化并且ASMS configuration 2005数据库同步正常请跳过这一步） • 复制完成后请点击本地的ASMS configuration 2005数据库，再点击Install图标. • 安装ASMS References Database.(如果已完成ASMS初始化, 请跳过这一步). • 安装Arial BV Font(如果已完成ASMS初始化, 请跳过这一步).

  4. 配置ASMS 报告系统步骤 • 安装Free PDF Writer(Cute Writer) • 安装Power Builder Deployment Kit(选择PB5.0 Deployment Kit for Inter32). • 关闭Lotus Notes, 重新开启Lotus Notes. • 安装Java For Report. • 关闭Lotus Notes, 重新开启Lotus Notes. • 安装 Report 4.0.1(Full) • 安装 Report 4.0.9-Update • 安装 Report ISM 1.4.0 • 安装Report ISM 1.4.0-Patch • 关闭Lotus Notes,检查MS word 中的宏设置,(请打开MS Word,从菜单:Tools->Options->Macros->Security,将安全级别设置为Medium或Low). 重新开启Lotus Notes。

  5. 常见错误和解决方法 • 在Logbook 点选”Report“按钮时出现” Java Runtime not Found”窗口 解决方法: 1. 关闭Lotus Notes. 2. 删除c:\ASMS, C:\Pwrs, c:\Sqlany50 目录. 3. 启动Lotus notes, 重新安装04. a Power Builder Deployment Kit. 4. 重新启动Lotus Notes. 5. 重新安装04. b Java For Report 6. 重新启动Lotus Notes. 7. 依次安装05. A. Report 4.0.1(Full); 05. B.Report 4.0.9-UPDATE; 06. Report ISM 1.4.0; 06. Report ISM 1.4.0 –Patch 8. 重新启动电脑.

  6. 常见错误和解决方法 • 2. 查看报告时出现”Be careful, the connection with the reference database is impossible. Please contact your administrator” 错误窗口 解决方法: 1. 关闭Lotus Notes. 2. 删除C:\notes\data\marine\asms\Ref.nsf数据库. 3. 开启Lotus Notes 重新安装01. ASMS References Database. 4. 重新启动Lotus Notes.

  9. 常见错误和解决方法 • 5. 生成Report时出现” NPSS error : File does not exist. If you are not connected to the network, configure your Notes client as disconnected” 错误窗口 解决方法: 1. 确认Notes 的location 为Office. 2. 设置正确的Mail file 路径.(与你个人的mail box 路径一致）

  10. 常见错误和解决方法 6. 当打开Logbook 或System Logbook时出现” Problem in operation...” 错误窗口 解决方法: 1. 删除本地的ASMS 系统配置数据库. 2. 复制一份新的ASMS 系统配置数据库。
