What is mobiLive • mobiLive adalah sebuah enhancement dari layanan Instant Messanger (IM) yang akan melayani kebutuhan informasi pengguna secara up-to-date selain sebagai layanan IM secara umum (chatting). • Diimplementasikan dalam bentuk bot agent (robot). • Jenis-jenis informasi yang dilayani dapat didefinisikan oleh penyedia layanan : berita olahraga (skor sepakbola), weather forecast, saham, headline berita, jadwal shalat, dll.

  7. mobiLive Technical Design • Teknologi Instant Messaging (IM) • mobiLive memanfaatkan protokol XMPP / Jabber. • IM Server : • Openfire : XMPP Server berbasis Java (opensource), contoh messenger.plasa.com, im.itb.ac.id • IM Client : • Selama program client mendukung protokol Jabber / XMPP program tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai client dari mobiLive, contoh : pidgin, spark (PC), slick (Symbian), Bombus, e-Buddy (J2ME).
