  3. Thomas Demand studied with the sculptor Fritz Schwegler. He encouraged Demand to explore the possible outcomes of architectural models.

  10. What Demand says “People ask me whether I am a photographer. I’m not. And I am not a sculptor either. The only time I have to define myself is when I get asked by other people.”
