A practical exercise…. • How have I done it? • 1.Pay attention to the process here: • - Whom you have talked to? • -How have you found the answer? • You have started an informal “emergent” network • to get information from the group, creating teams: • Autopoyesis is a process whereby a system (live organisms or social institutions) produces its own organisation and constitutes itself in a space. • Teamwork and networking strategies become natural and useful when a group is focused on solving the same problem, trying to find out new ideas, thinking aloud and processing verbally. Can institutions learn? Learning communities vs community learning The term autopoiesis was originally conceived as an attempt to characterize the nature of living systems. Autopoiesis is a process whereby a system produces its own organization and maintains and constitutes itself in a space.

Summary • Human beings relates to context and interacts with other humans by using individual and collective strategies, (emergent interaction). • Interaction in teams develop key skills and diversified roles (emergent especialization) • Especialization and specific functions creates roles, teams and nets, genarating leadership, collaboration and delegation needs.
Strategies for good practices Network requires... • To know the aim of the orghanisation, its network structure and evolution. • To have specific and defined aims • To share commitments and follow collective rules • To learn about the context and the territory • To use emotional strategies and easy relationship • To delegate in colleagues when necessary • To count on a good opperational (technical) team • To share information and evidence with users • To alternate functions and tasks when needed.
