Introduction We are an Experienced and Progressive Specialty Lubricant Manufacturing (ISO 9001:2008 Certified) Organisation dedicated to provide quality products and services to its customers globally. A commitment to cater to customer needs and a desire to develop new products for emerging applications has helped us increase the number of satisfied customers over the years ranging from Aviation to Automotive to Printing Machines to Power Plants. We offer Specialty Lubrication Solutions based on Moly, Graphite, Silicone, Synthetic Functional Fluids etc. by way of greases, oils, pastes, powders, aerosols, emulsions etc. Envisaging the global aspirations of Indian Manufacturers, we have recently introduced Specialised Corrosion Preventive Products, Cleaners and Metal Working Fluids under the brand name NTKOR. 6

Over a period of last 30 years Mosil has evolved from a family owned family managed firm to a Professionally Managed Organisation thriving on its capabilities of identifying new applications and developing Specialty Lubricants to improve the efficiencies of those applications.   8. Meet The People The Company is a professionally managed family owned Company. Dr. C. K. Mavani M.Sc. Ph.D., Mr. A. C. Mavani, B.Chem. Engg. A.M.I.Che.E, and Mr. N. C. Mavani B.Sc. Engg, started business in 1971 with an objective of solving the burning maintenance problems of Indian Industries by way of Specialty Lubricants. The present operations of the company are managed by Professionals under the guidance and supervision of the 3rd Generation of this Technocrat Family. The entire manufacturing and marketing operations are managed by Highly Qualified and Experienced Professionals on a day to day basis while the family members look after new opportunities in Product and Market Developments. 8

  9. History Late 60’s witnessed a shortage of Specialty Lubricants. Proposals from few industries propelled Dr. C. K. Mavani to start a manufacturing unit in India to offer import substitute products. The company started with the manufacturing of Specialty Lubricants based on Moly and Graphite with indigenous R & D activities.  Later on in 1974, the company introduced Silicone based lubricants for the only Aircraft manufacturer in India.  It was a major breakthrough for the company to get TYPE APPROVAL for Indian products of Moly and Graphite base lubricants against the Russian Specifications. In 1980 the company introduced for the first time in India Synthetic Lubricants based on various ester, glycols and other synthetic functional fluids. The company is always looking forward to technological advancements for updating the requirements of new products to incorporate the developments in synthetic base oils.

  10. Meet The R & D The company has one of the most advanced R & D facilities amongst the private sector lubricant manufacturing companies in India. Development of new products and a continuous urge to improve the performance of existing products has always been a passion for the team of R & D professionals equipped with sophisticated instruments. 10

  11. Meet The Q A The company has a well-documented quality assurance program. All the raw materials used should confirm to the in house standards. Similar checks are carried out for intermediate stage processing as well as final products.  This is done to ensure proper quality control at every stage of manufacturing. 11

  12. Meet The Manufacturing The plant is located at MIDC Mhape in the Navi Mumbai. The unit has state of art facilities for the following line of manufacturing: Grease Manufacturing Oil Blending Aerosol Manufacturing Corrosion Preventive Formulations & Cleaners etc. Other allied products such as emulsions, coatings, metal working fluids etc. The manufacturing activities are looked after Experienced Professionals under the guidance of Mr. Shail Mavani who is a Chemical Engineer and a certified lubrication technologist. 12
