  2. Purpose- To raise money for the Carying Place Foundation • Date- Sunday 11/21/10 from 6:00 PM-10:00 PM • Location- Buffalo lanes • Activities- Bowling, raffles and arcade • Cost- $10 for one game and a pair of shoes, 7 dollars for the second ticket Description of Proposed Event

  3. Our audience will be all of GHHS but we are hoping that 100 show up (others are welcome) • Teenagers, men and women • People who like to bowl, have fun and hang out with friends Audience

  4. We are going to have 1 sponsorship only, Chick-Fil-A Media • We will include the logo on tickets. fliers and posters we will also give them part recognition for donations. • Recognition for their help and contributions to the event will be obvious • Sponsors can attend the event Benefits Included in Sponsorship Agreement

  5. We will be sending out messages and event invitations through facebook including recognition in the messages. • We will put up posters, hand out fliers and announce the event over the morning announcements. Advertising the Event

  6. Measuring Customer awareness- we will  run a survey after the event asking people who knew about the even • Opportunities for growth- after our surveys we will evaluate the results and see what we can fix if we do another event next year.     After the Event
