November 19, 2010 Sentence Fluency Day 2“The Birth of the Constitution of the U.S.” • What kind of sentences are used in the final paragraph? • How do these sentences sound when read aloud? • Combine the first two sentences. • Written by King John of England in 1215, the Magna Carta is the earliest known document to influence those who wrote the Constitution.
