The federal law providing activities of Unified System • The possibility of: • simultaneous presentation of a statement on the state registration of rights and declaration of Cadastre; • get open, public information, inventory and registry of rights by ensuring access to sections of the official Rosreestr web-site, as well as through e-mail with the use of digital signatures; • repeal the requirement for cadastral passports of property for the state registration of rights.
Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography Major work on the creation of a unified federal information system • Phase 2 – 2010. • The introduction of public services in electronic form through the departmental Internet Rosreestr portal (https://portal.rosreestr.ru). • Creation of the telecommunications infrastructure which guarantee delivery of data across the country. • The introduction of the automated system “One-stop shop" for a unified admission of documents for registration of rights and cadastre. • The introduction of electronic document management system with all regional offices. • Introduction of technology extraterritorial requests release of information from the state real estate cadastre and the unified state register of real estate rights and transactions in the territorial offices.
