  4. Overview • Florida law establishes the minimum requirements for platting • Existing provisions adopted in Orange County Code in 1959 and 1965 • Plat approval process in Resolution No. 91-M-62

Overview • Issues with Current Code • County Code has 3 separate Articles describing the requirements for platting • Inconsistencies occur within Chapter 30, Articles III and IV (Planning and Development) and Chapter 34, Article IV (Subdivision Regulations) • Process requirements for one-lot plat submittals • Commencement of vertical construction
