  2. Repeater Concepts: • Output frequency: a user listens on this frequency • Input frequency: a user transmits on this • Offset: usually +/- 600 KHz on 2 meters, +/- 5 MHz on 70 cm • Subaudible tone: used to prevent repeating interfering signals
