BroncoSERV is the university's online database managing approved service-learning sites and tracking student placements. Access forms easily with step-by-step instructions on logging in.

WHAT IS BroncoSERVE? BroncoSERV is an online database that manages approved service-learning placement sites, tracks students’ placements and stores required forms for students’ service-learning activities. The database currently lists all approved service-learning sites, uploadable service-learning agreements and site visit documentation. Note: The system is called S4 from the Chancellor’s Office but our campus calls it BroncoSERV.
LogGING into BroncoSERV • To log into the BroncoSERV database, • visit https://app.calstates4.com/cpp and follow the steps below: • Click on Log In Button (Green Button in Right Corner) • Choose Cal Poly Pomona BroncoSERV from drop down menu that comes up on next page • Enter your CPP username and password to access the site
VIEWING YOUR BroncoSERV HomePAGE • The Dashboard page should show on your screen after logging in. • Click on COURSES which is in yellow bar above word Dashboard.
COURSES • Click on courses tab for a listing of courses. Please make sure to set the search filters to their specific settings as needed.
