  3. Participants • 75 participants • from UNICA member universities, especially new EU members • from Polish HEIs • from Polish National Agency • People involved in international relations: IROs, student organizations, libraries

  4. My conclusions • All HEIs are implementing ICTs • They are conscious that, its an absolute must • Main problems: what is the best way to do it, long term perspective, funding
