SFA Confirmation Form Process • During 2018/2019 SFA created an upload process for Putnam awards • 2019/2020 SFA will allow a similar process for all awards • Reporting process • Download Encumbered Awards from KSN • Use Upload template • Upload to KSIS
Gratitude Statement • No longer collecting physical thank you letters • Donor thank-yous(Gratitude Statements) will now be completed in KSN • Process managed by Foundation Stewardship team • Successfully tested by Human Ecology (2018/2019)
Gratitude Statements – How you can help • Remove traditional TY letter info from award notifications • Sample verbiage for award notifications: A generous donor helped make your scholarship possible. As part of your scholarship acceptance process, you are expected to thank your donor by completing a Gratitude Statement. You will receive an email the first week of the Fall 2019 semester (week of Aug. 26), containing a link to follow and complete your Gratitude Statement in KSN. This is an expected requirement.
