Curriculum • Module 3 (Nov - Dec) –practicals • Rasa (the 6 tastes) – taste tests • Discovering doshic tendencies – simple consultations with volunteer patients • Medicine making – demonstrations & instructions • Pulse diagnosis • Tongue, stool, urine diagnosis

Training clinics • Whole day training clinic x 2 • 6-7 patient consultations p/day • Groups of 3 / 4 students • Supervised by the doctors • Plenary session with patients at the end • Discussion of findings & advice
Sanskrit • Decoding Ayurveda through Sanskrit • In person classes during immersions • Chanting & Kirtan • No assessment for Level 1
Assessments • Theory assessment (60%) • 3-hours • MCQs • Problem questions • Practical assessment (40%) • 30 minutes • Case studies (required to qualify) • Submit 2 case studies (3 consultations each)
