  3. 1. Select Update an Asset2. Business Unit HSC3. Any one or a combination of: Tag Number/Dept./Serial Number… Custodian4. Search

  4. You will see this message, select OK and make your updates

  5. 1. Enter today’s date for “Date of Transfer”2. Update the Custodian / Location / Comments3. Check “This Asset is Offsite4. Select “Update this Asset”5. Select “Return to Search”

  6. View an Asset

  7. 1. Select “View an Asset”2. Business Unit HSC3. Any one of or a combination of: Tag Number / Dept./ Serial Number … Custodian4. Search

  14. Opening the Query • From here you can download the Query to Excel and manipulate the data to meet your needs

  15. Query for Offsite Assets 0_HSC_ASSETS_DEPT_CUST_PCR • The Query will list all assets in your Department that are checked as being offsite
